12" Fillet Knife

Our filet knife features a special blend of semi-stainless steel formulated to give it an unmatched edge, durability, and flexibility. 

The handle is made of Dymondwood which is layers of hardwood dyed and pressed together under tremendous pressure to create extreme strengths and durability. This process also results in incredible colors and patterns.

Each knife comes with a handmade leather sheath, to store the knife.

Choose from black or brown leather.

Size: 7" long and 1" wide at the widest point, total with handle is 12" long.
